Not sure what to do with your old non-recyclable compacts, lipstick tubes, foundation pumps, and makeup jars? As long as they’re clean and empty, you can drop them off at a Pact bin. The non-profit collective has bins at 950 locations across the U.S. and Canada, and offers a mail-in program as well.
